I got that willpower is a reiterative decision that consumes a lot of brain power that is fueled by glucose and that the most effective behavior change requires monitoring.




This book gave me invaluable information about how to relate better to people in a sales situation. I particularly found principles 6-11 useful. I also like the SMARTER acrynom. Sandler added to the Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound are Enjoyable and Rewarding.
